Just trying to tally a list. Here’s one for starters:
Public Education via property tax
Everything the government does.
Not everything. Simple robbery and assault isn’t socialism; though socialism does entail robbery and assault.
I disagree on robbery. The robbery has a theme: governmental expansion.
I would say the early federal government under the Articles of Confederation is an example of government that wasn’t socialistic in nature. They weren’t paid emoluments of any kind and could only make a request of taxation, not enforce it.
