At the least, this is one of the few fora where you will get a reasoned argument from the standpoint of unreserved and unappologetic liberty.
Depends on what you mean by capitalist. Don’t expect to see a lot of respect for Reagan, Bush, Greenspan, or supply-side economics.
I’d say that’s because supply-side economics aren’t capitalist, though proponents generally use capitalist rhetoric.

The Individualist Cadre Database was started by a number of liberarian “refugees” from the old Protest Warrior forum after its crash a few years ago. I’d say it’s about a third market anarchist, a third peleocon/classical liberal and a mix of dissenters. It’s a good community with very informal moderation, but a high intellectual standard nonetheless. A few IC-ers besides myself post here.
