I want to print and bind a few books from LvMI for my personal use (it’s cheaper than buying through the store, because shipping costs are prohibitive).
I understand there’s no copyright restrictions on the text, but what about the covers?### I want to make it look like the genuine article, so am I legally able to use the IMAGES for the front, back and spine to make it look like a real book? I’m using a professional print-on-demand supplier.
I believe the Mises institute uses an open source copyright…if I recall correctly you can bring out the books they put up. I would confirm with someone like Mr. Tucker on his issue because he is certainly in the know concerning a question like this or perhaps another moderator who is certain.
