I don’t know how many of you are or were fans of PBS’s Nightly Business Report (NBR), before it started sucking after Paul Kangas left.
Well I grew up watching that show with Paul Kangas, Stephanie Dhue, Erika Miller (hottie) and Scott Gurvey. It’s because of that show I’m a nerd when it comes to public policy and all things economic, which if you think about it is everything. lol
Anyway, it seems these financial reporters and co-anchors were fired after NBR changed management about a year ago. Since I have been living under a rock, I just found out yesterday that they were fired. I found out after I Googled Jeff Yastine and found his blog with his email. He told me all that happened.
Now comes the interesting part. After I told me the only thing I didn’t like about NBR, compared to RT’s Keiser Report finding any execuse to slam Keynsian policies =], was that they never even used they “K” word once. He then admited he was a huge fan of “Austrian Economics.”
Yeah, I’m sure you guys are like who cares. lol But I found it interesting. Maybe we can get him to write some articles for Mises?
