There was a Tea Party held in Florida for this and other pointless purposes. The Tea Partiers were not interested in the Health Care Mess, or even the welfare state, nor were they interested in budgets or deficits or loans. They were staging this party to protest cuts in the rate of increases of the NASA (Never Accept free or private citizens Space Access) budget.
