Maybe only news to me but apparently it is illegal to own any part of the moon. Any part. This includes rocks, and even dust of anyt sort. Never mind any ownership possibility of property on the moon itself or in it’s mineral wealth.
Without these most basic property rights, how is conflict going to be resolved intra-solar system? By competitive violence among the States? Without property rights I see no other convincing solutions out there.
Am I mistaken. Can government and international “treaties” efficiently resolve these inevitable conflicts and make optimal use of the vast resources of our solar system without individual property rights? Is collective action preferrabgle here?
