Nope, they know the problems, they don’t see the solution.

I would say that’s confusing, meaning, it sets up a confusion in the events that are and will take place. Ms. Davis knows the problem, but for her to state the IMF and World Bank interventions are capitalism, then she is stating a confusion of the term “capitalism”.

Indeed. People like Ms. Davis are so engrossed in the unbiquity of statism that their definition of capitalism is “Statism with banks” or some such I would imagine. They are to be pitied really. Their paradigm doesn’t include the notion of true capitalism, so they twist the word’s meaning until it fits into their mindset.
