We’re currently recruiting for a new round, and I figured I might as well try the Mises forum. For those of you who have never played nation simulators before, they are something like RISK games set in a more open-ended world and much longer time frames. This specific game is set in an alternative history 1901.
As a RISKesque game, you should have a certain suspension of belief on some of the mechanics. Some of the rules defy economic literacy, but if you can accept it as simply a game and not a real attempt to model the real world it’s quite fun. Plus, where else can you play statist without actually hurting anyone?
On the off chance advertising is against the rules I apologize and I’ll edit out this post.
