I have been working my way through the Human Action podcast, but for some reason, I am unable to download chapters 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21. I have tried several times across several days. iTunes keeps saying that the server timed out.
I would like to complete the set, if at all possible. Thanks

I’m experiencing the same thing on iTunes.
In general, it is a much more difficult to download mp3 files after some of the recent site changes.
It use to be that you could just right click and download. Now you have to actually click on the file, go to the file page where it automatically starts playing. stop the player (this doesn’t always work. sometimes it just plays in the back round), and now use the right click of the mouse on the link to download. After all this, it still doesn’t work most of the times.
Is that the Jeff Riggenbach narration audio files?

They are extremely well done. I am impressed. The only possible way to improve them is to have James Earl Jones read Human Action.
