Hey, everyone. Both parts of my column on Arizona’s new Proposition 203 are online now. The proposition will legalize medical marijuana in the state, which I talk about in the first part. And the second part is mostly about why substance prohibition should be ended. I’m trying to kick up a few libertarian ideas in Arizona State University’s newspaper, as I usually do.
