Add this to the growing list of concessions… DEA “de-funding” of enforcement of Federal marijuana statutes in California, PASS ID after REAL ID flopped, and so on. Granted, these are petty concessions but the fact that The Powers That Be are being forced to make them is a good sign. Unfortunately, much of the Bush era PATRIOT tyranny-infrastructure still remains in place. I would desperately like to see some inroads made against the creepy, medieval PATRIOT Act and its ilk.
