Statism as "Anarchy" (chaos, no rules, abuse, theft)

stef from Freedomain Radio argues that the Bailout exemplifies the worst in “anarchy” (under the popular definition of chaos, no rules, abuse, theft): $700.000.000.000 will be stolen from future taxpayers by thugs on Capitol Hill and given to the people who put them there.

if Statism is anarchy, then how do we call our Anarchy?

Something without a negative connotation would be nice.

We don’t call it anarchy. That word does mean chaos. We call it anarchism (although some prefer voluntaryism or polycentric order &c. &c.)
