Was Dr. Martin Luther King a libertarian?

I’ve never been able to conclude. He was anti-war, but he supported compensation for all disadvantaged groups. Then, I don’t really know his stance on Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Does anyone know or have a link, if one exists, to his stance on property rights?

I thought he was a great person, and I’m pretty sure LBJ was in on his assassination. He may not have been on Rothbard’s or Mises’ level, but he certainly was an enemy of the state, especially if he opposed title 2 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

He was certainly more libertarian than Malcolm X and WEB DuBois, but I don’t know who the most individualist Civil Rights activist was. I was thinking either Booker T or Dr. King, but then I don’t know a whole lot about the Civil Rights people of that era or before.
