I think its a travesty thay they are sending this kid to jail just becuase he filmed someone. Do they even recognize that it was his room as well? How is that a case of invading privacy? And this idea of a hate crime really bugs me. It seems some crimes and some victims are more equal than others in the eyes of the law.
And the virulent responses towards Ravi by the gay lobby and the PC crowd are quite revealing to say the least.
