Which part are you looking at for a defense?
This part makes no sense since the Constitution, whether you believe social contracts or not, isn’t followed in the United States.
I don’t like all the article, but it raises several interesting points;
Many speculate their ancestry is Jacob Schiff
Peter and Irving Schiff haven’t shown their ancestry
Then Peter Schiff could be the descendant of those strong-families that between other things, created the FED
His PerthMint may not be as solid as he sells it.
Peter Schiff may not be who he claims to be
Would that be a bad thing?
Why do they need to? / Why would they have done so in th efirst place?
This is ever the case. Only those who know Peter Schiff, personally, are in a position to make any meaningful assessment of his sincerity. The only solution is critical thinking. The part of critical thinking that I did not learn in school, college, from family or friends is that of incorporating motive into understanding the things that other people say. Henry Hazlitt says in the opening paragraph of his famous book Economics in One Lesson,
You are your own highest court of appeal. Classical Liberalism 101. ![]()

Here is my defense of Peter Schiff: AngelFire still exists?
Haha, I was thinking the same thing.
Dude, how many times can you ask the Jewish Question?
So, I actually read (some) of the article.
“Shearson Lehman Brothers, where Peter Schiff started his career […]”
Reality fail. What finance major from Berkeley wouldn’t land a job with a big New York financial institution?
The real question is who really is Donald Duck?

I bet he’s Jewish
Anyone mind explaining the Angelfire thing to me? I’m afraid I don’t get it.
Edit: Herp derp, I just noticed that the link is to angelfire’s website. I thought we were talking about the website hosting service or something. Nevermind; carry on. :B
Lol you’re not the only one that had that stupid moment. I was like “Did schiff use to host europac.net on angelfire? whaaat?”
Why are we attracting so many nutjobs lately?
Player, don’t buy gold, trust your batshit crazy websites, collect your stooge money from the CIA for trolling the site.
To the other guys here, try to not to encourage him. It will just loosen his screws further.
So I’m not the only one thinking this. ![]()

Sorry but I do have gold and silver and support it
And I said I don’t support what that site says.
I only was intrigued by the questions it raised about the origins of Peter Schiff, about where it comes from and about the problems of the Gold Firm he recommends. You see, I’m for physical gold, unlike Schiff who sells paper gold to his clients. I’m warning, making a favour.
That he is right on economic theory does not mean he can’t make bad investment recommendations or that he earned his wealth honestly and not being the gret niece of those who created FED.
And I would bet it’s more likely that a Senator is on the CIA payroll than a libertarian asking questions.
Sure! The CIA would pay me instead of the libertarian gurus and opinion makers.
Since when is it wrong to be careful and check if people are what they say they are?
Warning to ya’ll: Don’t get into a flame war.
Player: “[…] not being the gret niece of those who created FED.”
He is definitely not the great “niece” (emphasis added) of those who created the Fed. And definitely not “gret”.
Player, there is nothing wrong with being careful and checking if people are what they say they are. I am very pleased you understand the importance of that.
So be careful and check the reliability of the various websites you so rely on, and the many pieces of misinformation you seem to be taking as a given.
Lately we have been blessed with threads about
The superiority of Catholic Christianity [not the Russian version of Christianity] to the Muslim religion
What laws we should all break so that we can “opt out of the system”.
The Jewish takeover of whole countries, and basically the world, [since time began it seems].
Peter Schiff being a member of an inner circle that rules the world.
Requests for advice on beating a charge of marijuana possesion.
I’m sure there are more.
In the good old days, we were assailed by Marxists [recognizable always by their refusal to rebut a logical argument other than by ad hominem attacks or avoiding it altogether]. We learned things, sorta. The fellow who just joined and defended the labor Theory of Value taught me something I didn’t know [though I disagree with it].
/rant. It’s been a long day
1. The superiority of Catholic Christianity [not the Russian version of Christianity] to the Muslim religion
Certainly a perplexing one, that post was. Unfortunatley there was also the "History is only 400 years old and the majority was fabricated by the Judeao-Catholic conspiracy and I think this dude is the man proclaiming it. I never thought I would say this, but I miss the reds.
