This is ridiculous.
This is absurd – especially since most regular grocery stores also sell organic foods. It would be absurd in any case but even by the FTC’s own standards it is absurd.
LEGAL DISCLOSURE: I shop at Whole Foods and appreciate the fact that they sell unpasteurized milk. In the state of Florida unpasteurized milk must have a label that reads “For Pet Use Only”. My little dog drinks a lot of milk for her size.
In TN you can buy unpasteurized milk (also for pet consumption only) but no grocery store that I know of sells it on a shelf, WF included. Instead we have two dairy goats.
