Ugh. The guy probably thinks of himself as some messianic figure who is out to save the world (from his own demons). I don’t understand how people can like this guy. He’s belligerent, rude, and a complete nut. He does more harm than good by associating himself with the respectable people who are actually fighting for more liberty.

No doubt, unfortunately, due to his abrasive personality I think causes people to needlessly dismiss a bit too much as “kookish.”
Meh, David Kramer on the Lew Rockwell blog is our local Alex Jones… Where did he come from anyway? Almost all of the posts there are by him now, and almost all NWO this, Illuminati that.
Sigh. I really wish people would focus on exposing Statism rather than harping on improbable conspiracy theories. It poisons the water so to speak. This is why I don’t send my friends links to LRC.
It would be hilarious to make a mockumentary of that, in the style of AJ’s own videos, and have it narrated by someone who sounds like a constipated Texan. I bet half of his followers would fall for it.

Alex Linder is the white nationalist version of Alex Jones. If I’m correct, Alex Linder used to work for CNN, but left when he realized that the “media is run by Jews”, so he started VNN.
“No Jews, Just Right” sounds like a line from a soft drink commercial. Seconding thoughts on LRC. I visit it often and while I enjoy the articles on history and media propaganda, the language is often rather bathic, there are few articles suggesting positives rather than negatives and my thoughts on Kramer echo Telpeurion’s.
Speaking of conspiracy poison, It’s quite cute when the LRC bloggers attempt to “refute” conventional medicine. They post links that fit their confirmation bias, and go off on rants against big pharma colluding with the FDA. Great! I’m glad to know the inner workings of collective minds, but ad hominems don’t further educate me in the medical sciences. But alas, the Jenny McCarthyists are incapable of utilizing the scientific method (not to be confused with the Google method).
It’s true, I’ve “followed” Alex Jones for some four years now and he’s always been obnoxious and unafraid of making big claims, and I think that’s how he attracts some people to his message. But I think as he’s grown in influence, he’s been getting lost in his own mind, I don’t know. Ain’t going to blame him for that, I still think he’s an awesome figure. Like that crazy grampa who thinks the UN is going to take over the world. And you know, he might even be right, but why argue on that basis, you know. It’s irrelevant. What you should be mad about is that there’s states to begin with…
One of the funny things is that he has on David Icke the guy that says Reptoid species are running the planet that shape shift between human and reptile form (that you can see if you look at grainy footage of them on youtube with scary music playing).. And claims that Icke is too extreme and out there and discredits certain ideas. And yet has him on anyway.
I imagine if icke had his own show, he’d have to get someone with even more far out ideas than Reptoids running things. Like hamster people inside your brain controlling the populice through autism-causing vaccinations or something. That obviously, if you open your mind and stop believing what the NWO tells you, are battling the giant spiders that run the military industrial complex to drain oil out of our planet.
The show certainly is a laugh fest. I had to stop listening to it to keep my pants dry.
AJ is a fearmonger. When it comes down to it, AJ is a statist, a paleocon, and that doesn’t jive well with my ancap philosophy.
