Can You Make Copies of Affidavits?

Texas has now changed on how to opt out getting all the vaccines for your child to go to government school. You now have to fill out a form to get another form (affidavit) and then fill out that form and get it notarized. My question is can I make copies of the affidavit form when I get it and put them next to my child’s school, so other parents know how to opt out if they choose to and can get the form easily instead of filling out a form to get the form?

And by the way, this is mainly for parents like me, who get some vaccines, we just space them out way more than the CDC schedule. But we’d still need to fill out this “reasons of conscience” form.

The concept of an affidavit is legal evidence. It is a witnessed individual statement.

It is not the form that counts, it is the act. As spiritual individual I would pursue a different route than a State provided form. I would prepare my own affidavit and have it witnessed by two Christian brothers. I would utilize methods of delivery that witness the delivery as well as the contents of the delivery.

This is the goal. In your possession you want to have witnessed evidence you delivered your affidavit to the authority you recognize and they did in fact receive it. Let me use an example to make my point. Something like certified mail only witnesses an envelope was delivered not the contents of the envelope. If something is extremely important to you certified mail does not put in your possession all of the evidence you want because it does not witness the contents of the envelope. If it’s really important to you check out something like a notary delivery. A notary can witness the contents that went inside the envelope and then mail it certified.

Your honor, I have in my possession the evidence I notified _________ I do not lawfully or voluntarily submit to routine vaccination. The record of evidence illustrates notice was given and received. (now the important part of any controversy…) _________ never responded to my notice (what does the court do if you do not respond to a notice? DEFAULT against you).

So the bottom line is the only thing you can do is obtain in your possession a record of evidence you provided notice, notice was received, and any responses you received were replied to. It is often worth providing a window for a response in your notice and if there is no response follow up with a second notice that there was no response. This is not a guarantee force will not be used against you but this is the only path available to the peaceful man. You will have the satisfaction of the truth and the satisfaction if you are persecuted it is unjust.

From the looks of it everyone needs to obtain their so-called “Exemption from Immunizations for Reasons of Conscience” affidavit from Texas Health Services for them to recognize it. I would just direct parents to that link if I were you.

What’s the point of waiting around for them to send people a copy? Why not have copies available?

I’d recommend consulting with a lawyer about this.
