I have started watching and going through the Dilbert TV series, and the episode I just watched exposed the falicy of the need for charitable giving for greater morality, and the I give enough to be morally superior idea- it is at ~6:45 and finished around 8:00

Scott Adams is libertarian.
That explains it, I could tell hints of it in the other shows and in the comics, but this was the first outright, in-your-face example I had found.
