Most Americans aren’t comfortable with militarism. They think being militaristic is synonymous with being American. A fighter jet is just as much a symbol of America as the flag. It’s really creepy to be honest.
Even the LP supports war mongering. The notion of a peace movement in America is largely a myth IMO. Same thing in Canada.

Racism is the belief that “race” determines ability, and ultimately a race (not particularly your own) is superior to another, which leads in your “good” result of race legislation. Race legislation is wholly evil, it basically says that the beneficiary race is less human, (in the case of affirmative action) therefore deserving of assistance in the labor market, not to mention this type of legislation breeds more racism as those who are not benefiting (or losing out) in this legislation are left with the thought of being cheated in the market…

This has nothing to do with class-consciousness and everything to do will racial consciousness, if you want to call it that. And if you don’t think people are very, very aware of racial differences I suggest you go to just about any big city in the world.

I was always wondering why so many of the late-night documentaries on Discovery Channel were about military-related topics. Or why some of the most popular SciFi series from the States play in a present military setting (think StarGate). Or why everyone, even and especially if they were against a particular war, quickly added that they nevertheless “support the troops”.

I would say it started well before this, perhaps at the time of the War of Northern Agression and/or before. The “Civil War” seems to a permently etched psychologcal rationalization for excusing all sorts of nonsense since then (of which, Wilson was when things began to visibly change forthe worse).
Preferring your own is different than selecting employees or interacting/doing business based on racial attributes alone…
Let us take an example, you are buying shoes, one shoe is better quality and they are the same price, do you purchase based on quality or the fact that the person who made the lesser quality shoe is your race?

Any exception to the rule destroys the scientific fact, if you are saying you will only hire black people to work your malaria testing facility because any of them could have SSA, and therefore malaria will not kill them, it is one thing, but saying you are hiring only a particular race because you feel they are better for the job is racist. The difference being that there is an attribute particular to people that have adapted to life with malaria, and they all happen to be black, the other is saying that another race is inferior in this one aspect in total, which is easily falsefied by one exception…
Are there more black people in basketball than white, yes, is it because racially ALL black people are better than ALL white people in basketball, no, if this were the case there would only be black people in basketball.

Race can determine ability. Some races might be superior to others in some aspects. Surely if there was a race that lived longer, had higher average IQs, were less prone to disease and were fast and strong, then surely that would be a quite superior race to other races without those traits at that those levels.

These things actually have a lot more to do with how you were raised and the influences you had on your life, while growing up.
Exactly, it would be up to your parents, who would most likely be raising you, to put these oppurtunities in front of you.
Again, see #1. You aren’t going to be able to master the piano without it being put in front of you. You aren’t going to be able to run the 100m in 9.8s without physically conditioning your body to be able to run that fast either. Usually you master these skills at an early age because the oppurtunities to master them were put in front of you and then of course, you had to work at becoming good at them. Sure, it comes easier for some then others, but it has everything to do, in my opinion, on how you were influenced.
No one is born with a preconditioned body to perform unnatural talents, better then someone else, given some circumstances like maybe being born with no legs. I do not believe DNA has any clue what a nobel prize is. You have to work hard at something in order to possibly have a chance at winning this award.

Caucasian, Negroid, and Mongoloid are races, narrowing it further down to regions is nationality and culture differences, other differences are nominal adjustments to location advantages…

Correlation is not causation. You cannot have race legislation without a state. A state always tends towards collectivism. To say that racism causes race legislation is false.
No, but I think it is possible (and natural) for such a race to evolve. That said, if I am hiring someone to do work that requires tall people, then I might generally discriminate against short people, particularly from one race. It’s not a package deal, since most times we are dealing with specific and not aggregate attribute combinations.
I’m a sexist. To paraphrase Walter Block, I discriminate against 50% of the human race. I am attracted to women exclusively. I discriminate against men all of the time. If I was truly non-discriminatory, I would be a bi-sexual.

I live 10 minutes from the United States by car and have for most of my life. I am well aware of American culture.
