I`m interested in rebel music. Songs of rebellions, anti-recruiting songs, protest songs, or just breaking-a-foolish-law or making fun of some government institution songs.

if you’re in to the folksy sort of stuff, look up Manu Chao for song called “Politik Kills”. Chao is a (i think) french-Catalan, a region that has a strong separatist movement.
Although many fans think they’ve sold out, some early Offspring like “Kill the President” might be what you’re looking for.
Just about anything by Anti-flag fits the bill: 1 Trillion Dollars, Anatomy of Your Enemy, oh, what the hell - here is a youtubes for the acoustic version of “1984”:
Some Rise Against is good from time-to-time.
There is a lot of metal and early punk that is pretty anti-establishment (I’m thinking of The Exploited, &c.,)
Of course, depending on your musical tastes, your mileage may vary. I tried to link to songs with a pretty solid message behind the lyrics.
The problem is that most anti state music is atrocious.

Reggae, reggae, and reggae. Reggae (especially white boy american reggae) is by far the most quasi-libertarian music genre you’ll ever find. Jamaican reggae is often weird and anti-capitalist. But here in the states, reggae is extremely anti-big brother, occasionally anti-capitalist (but can be interpreted as state-capitalism and corporatism), but thats rare. When the songs are politically-motivated, they usually deal with subjects of being anti-war, anti-drug war, anti-tax, pro-independence, and pro-freedom and liberty for all, etc…

First thing I think of in this area is the Sex Pistols’ “Never Mind the Bollocks” LP.
I think anyone of a certain mindset can relate to the sentiments expressed in “Anarchy in the UK” and “G-d save the Queen”, regardless of their nationality.
In the area of anti-war and anti-recruitment, two songs (at least as I understand them) come to mind:
Black Sabbath - “War Pigs”.
The Clash - “The Call Up”.

Rage Against the Machine has plenty of songs about rebellion, though normally they mix in their Marxism, so that may not be exactly what you are looking for.

Rush is the primary libertarian flavoured band I know of, but this isn’t exactly what you’re after. Deathstars has some pretty “smash the system” type songs too.

Although they are anarcho-communists, Rage Against the Machine makes some rocking “anti-establishment” jams.

Going back further, there were lots of anti-statist themes in old folk and some blues tunes.
Woody Guthrie (though more of a anarcho-syndicalist) had many songs that focused on anti-statism.
Mojo Nixon is another Libertarian artist.
And this doesn’t even go into the crazy world of country and western music that has libertarian themes.
